WHEREAS, by deed dated March 19, 1981, and recorded in Vol. AA-46, page 875, Roy W. Tomlinson became the sole owner
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the said Roy W. Tomlinson to vest the title to the hereinafter described property in his name and his wife's name as an estate in the entirety with right of survivorship;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, ROY W. TOMLINSON, do hereby convey and warrant unto ROY W. TOMLINSON and wife, BOBHffi McCARDLE TOMLINSON, as an estate in the entirety with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, the following described property situated in Hancock County, Mississippi, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

East 792.0 feet; thence South 0? 16' East for 661.3 feet to a concrete monument; thence South 89? 50' West for 794.07 feet and the place of beginning; thence from place of beginning run North 106.04 feet to an iron pin; thence East 150.63 feet to an iron pin; thence South 103.1 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89? 50' West 150.5 .feet to a concrete monument and the place of beginning. Being in the J. Bouquie Claim,
Section 25, Township 8 South, Range 14 West,
Hancock County, Mississippi, and containing 0.35 acres, more or less.
Together with all and singular the rights, privileges, improvements and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
