FOR AND IN consideration of the sura of NINE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED ($>9,500.00) DOLLARS, cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, we, MICHAEL S. POWER and VIVIAN T. POWER, his wife, do hereby convey and warrant unto CARROLL CURTIS and ROSELLA BROUSSARD CURTIS, husband and wife, as
an estate in entirety with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, the following described land situated in Hancock County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Commencing at the lower Northeast corner of the Gadon Toulme Claim (being the Northwest corner of the J. Bouquie Claim) in Section 26, Township 8, South Range 14 West, arl running thence South 15.50 chains; thence South 55 degrees East 20.50 chains to an iron stake set for the Southeast corner of land formerly belonging to George D. Tucker, which said iron stake is the place of beginning of the land now described; thence South 15 chains to an iron stake; thence East 6.01 chains to a stake; thence North 34^ degrees East 12.788 chains or 844 feet to the Southern line of Washington Avenue Road; thence Northwesterly along said line of said road 10 chains, more or less, to a point set South 88 degrees East from the place of beginning; thence North 88 degrees West 4.24 chains to the place of beginning; containing 14-1/3 acres, more or less, and being a part of the J. Bouquie Claim, in Township 8, South Range 14 West, in Hancock County, Mississippi.
Being the identical land acquired by the Grantors herein from Reginald Nora McNulty, Mildred Gloria McNulty, James B. McNulty and Mary Ryan, by deed dated May 18, 1943 and recorded in Vol. G-l, Pages 412-13, Deed Records of Hancock County, Mississippi.
I)	Together	with all and singular the rights, privileges,
| improvements and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining.
Taxes for the year 1947 are prorated as of this date. WITNESS our signatures this the 17th day of November, A.D.
