It was announced by Mrs. de Montluzin at the reception that Folse had just published his first book. Among those at the head table are, from left, Dr. Lorraine de Montluzin, daughter of Mrs. de Montluzin; Folse; Wilmer Seymour, Bay St. Louis councilman-at-large; and Mrs. Betty Diboll, Bay St. Louis Municipal Separate School District trustee.
