Gilmore, Harry Frederick Jr. - September 1, 2000
Harry Frederick Gilmore Jr, 63, died Friday, Sept. 1, 2000, in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Gilmore was a resident of Bay St. Louis and a native of New Orleans. He was a member of St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and was former administrator of Hancock General Hospital in Bay St. Louis and Pearl River County.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry F. Gilmore and Dorothy LeBlanc Gilmore Clark; and his stepmother, Florence Gilmore.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Dronet Gilmore of Bay St. Louis; two sons, Richard A. Gilmore of Pascagoula and Kenneth T. Gilmore of Cummings, GA; a daughter, Donna L. Gilmore of Atlanta; his stepfather Lelon Clark of Harvey, LA; a brother, David Gilmore of Metairie, LA; two sisters, Karla Kirby of Covington, LA, and Freddie Landry of Metairie; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 7 to 10 tonight with Rosary at 8 p.m. at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis. A procession will leave the funeral home at 2:45 p.m. Monday for a 3 p.m. service at St. Clare Catholic Church. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Bay St. Louis.
