Breland, Sara Noleen Ladner - September 21, 2002
Sara Noleen Ladner Breland, 64, died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Breland was a native and lifelong resident of Bay St. Louis. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of First Baptist Church Main Street, Bay St. Louis. She was a member and Past Officer of Bay-Waveland Jaycettes, Bay St. Louis Little League Baseball, Babe Ruth Baseball and the Tiger Booster Club. She was the secretary at Bay Waveland School District and also Past President of North Bay PTA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Breland; and parents, Nolan S. and Harriet Ethel Strahan Ladner.
Survivors include a daughter and her husband, Kerri Breland and Dr. Chris Frigo of Bay St. Louis; four sons and wives, William Clark and Georgia K. Greland of Bay St. Louis, Mark E. and Kelyn Kidd Breland of Bay St. Louis, Keith N. and Jennifer S. Breland of Bay St. Louis, Craig M. and Tera L. Breland of Waveland; two brothers, Mickey Ladner of Long Beach and Lolan "Nodie" Ladner of Slidell, La.; and 13 grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 24, 2002, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church Main Street, Bay St. Louis. The Prayer Service will be Tuesday, September 24, 2002, at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church Main Street, Bay St. Louis. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memory Cemetery in Bay St. Louis. Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to the First Baptist Church Main Street Building Fund, 141 Main Street, Bay St. Louis, MS 39520.
Service: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Riemann Memorial Funeral Home, U.S. 49 North in Gulfport.
