District 2,'south of U.S. 90 to and St. John Streets; population, 1,795 (89 per cent white);.voting at Sy Ro thal Gym, Divine Word Seminary. ,
District 3, bounded by U.S. 90,'St. John, Hancock and the back lot lines of Washington; population, 1,979 (64 per cent black); voting at Valena C. Jones . community center.
