In celebration of the opening of the new Bay St. Louis bridge, Coast business leaders and state agencies have organized “Bridge Fest.” The huge open air festival kicks of following the 2 p.m. opening ceremony on Thursday, May 17th from 4-8 p.m.
"This is not just a celebration," Hancock Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Tish Williams said last week, "but a wonderful and emotional day that will set the standard for recovery and connect the Coast. The bridge is a symbol of our rebuilding. The Bay Bridge is open for business, and so are we."
