ARTICLE 12:
Impeachment of Officers.
Section 1. Any officer of this department, for the abuse of his authority or misconduct in his office may be impeached therefor and removed from his office by a vote of two-thirds of the entire Company; that the charge against him be made in writing and filed with the Secretary at least one month before ahy vote shall be tak&n upon it, and a copy of said charge be served upon him by the Secretary at least two weeks before such vote shall be taken.

Section 1. In case of insubordination by a fireman at a fire he shall be tried in open session of this Company at its following regular meeting. He shall be found "Guilty"*he shall be either expelled from the Company or suspended for a period of thirty days, to be determined by a majority vote of the members present.
Section 2. For failure to attend three successive meetings, a member shall automatically be dismissed from the Company at the meeting in which the roll call shows him as being absent for the third time in succession without reasonable excuse regardless of dues paid in. If after dismissal by this reason the member appearc before the Company in regular session and petitions for reinstatement, and brings a reasonable excuse for his absences the Company may by majority vote reinstate said member to full membership in the Company, with the payment of all back duos.
ARTICLE 14:
Amendments.
Section 1. No alteration or amendment shall be made to this coh?-titution unless proposed in writing at a regular meeting with which proposed amendment shell be referred to a special committee, who shall report at the next regular meeting, when it may be acted upon and adopted by t?vo-thirds of the members present.
Section 2. Should the Committe fail to report at the proper time the matter may be considered in committee of the whole, and immediate action had thereon.
