1.	Only one member shall be entitled to the floor during the same period of time.
2.	Every member desiring the privilege of the floor shall rise ancV address the chair.
3.	No member shall be allowed to speak until properly recognized by the chair.
4.	No question can come before the Company unless properly moved and seconded and declared open for discussion by the chair.
5.	Any member may call for the yeas and nays on any question, when each member shall be required to answer; laws shall be settled b^ a majority of the votes cast.
6.	No member shall speak more than five minutes on any one subject at one time, nor more than twice on the same subject except by permission of the chair.
7.	When a point of order^is raised by a member, the person having the floor shall then take his seat /itil the point is decided, when if proper, he may resume.
8.	When motion is properly before the Company, it must be disposed of before another can be entertained, nor shall a motion be made to subject^jfiore than two amendments.
9.	No subject laid on the table shall be taken up again during the same meeting unless it was understood when thus disposed of.
(10. Any motion to reconsider must come from a member who voted wit, the majority when the action to be considered was taken.
11.	Any member shall appeal to the Company from the decision of tir
chair, when the question shall be stated thus:	"Shall	the	decisior.
of the chair,	iMtt be sustained?" Which shall b
decided by a majority of two-thirds of all members voting.
12.	All resolutions offerred must be in writing.
13.	No member shall leave the room during the meeting unless permission is given by the chair.
%	ARTICLE	17:
Use of warning signals
Sectionl. The fire alarm or siren shall not be used under any conditions ?EXCEPT? in case of "FIRE" or for drills and not more than one drill per week,at the disc:Ttion of the Chief.
Section 2. The use of siren is prohibited in returning from scene o:' fire, and the fire trucks and f:'remen are to obey all traffic laws and regulations. The bell on fire trucks is to be used as warning signal on return to fire house.

Section 1. This Constitution and By-Laws, after having been read at a regular meeting this the 7 day of April , 1949, were adopted as the Constitution and By-Laws of the Bay St. Louis Volunteer Fire Company,
