The term "structure" shall be anything constructed
or erected, the use of which requires more or less
permanent location on the ground or which is
attached to something having more or less
permanent location on the ground, and shall include
any building, cabanna, out building, shed, or construction
of any kind other than a wharf or pier, which does
not interfere with the free ebb and flow of the tide.
The term "beach front" as used herein, shall mean, that portion of the land from the outermost limits of the paved portion of Beach Boulevard to the water's edge.
Section 4:	Violation of the provisions of this section shall
constitute a misdemeanor. Any person	who violates
this section shall upon conviction hereof, be fined not mord than one hundred dollars ($100^00), or imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days or both. Each day suchVviolation continues shall ’ •	be considered a separate offense.
Section 5:	This Ordinance supersedes any and all	previous Ordinances
in connection with properties located on the beach front.
Section 6; This Ordinance being for the purpose of preservation and protection of the public health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Bay St. Louis, the same shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, and publication as required by law.
After being reduced to writing, the foregoing Ordinance was read and considered, section, by section, then as a whole, whereupon Councilman	moved for its adoption, and after a second by
Councilman	,the	following	roll	call	vote	was	had:
