Mr. J. Chris Nungesser 144 Carondelet Street New Orleans, Louisiana
My dear Mr. Nungesser:
As par request in your letter of the 26th, we have filed for reoord the deed from the Hopkins heirs to you and as soon as same has been reoorded, we will forward it for your files; you will keep this original deed.
I do not believe it is necessary to record the conveyance of the water rights, but would keep same among my valuable papers for delivery to any prospective purchaser. I am therefore returning herewith the following papers.
1.	Statement from John T. Halsey, dated January 5, 1946, in reference to the will.
2.	Letter from Corinne Hopkins Scoggin et al, dated January 24, 1946, also in reference to the will.
3.	.Tax reoeipt No. 330, of Hancock County, showing the payment of $131*95 covering Hanoock County taxes; and receipt No. 204, showing the payment of $98.44 covering the Town of Waveland taxes.
I also inclose herewith our formal opinion in this matter, together with bill for services rendered.
We assure, you it was a pleasure to have represented you in th/is matter and if, at any time we can be of service in the future, kindly call on us.
Very truly yours,
GEX & GEX, ATTORNEYS
