ferred on her,as Guardian of the person and estate of Leon Bourgeois,a Lunatic>by the deoree of the Chancery Court of Hancock County rendered on the 28th. day of July,1894,confirming the sale made on the 2nd. day of ?pril,1894tin pursuanoe of a de-cree of said Court rendered on the 24th* day of January,1894,-and it having been discovered that there was a clerical error in a part of the description of said land,and in order that a perfeot description uhould,., be made and incorporated in the Deo.ree?an Amended Bill was filed by the Chancery Cleric among the papers,Jan"y 29th*,1895,praying for said correction to be made giving reasonable notice to all parties interested and a aeoree was accordingly made by the Chancery Court at the "January term" on the 2nd* day of February,1895,ordering said correction to be made as prayed forTin consideration of $450*00,dso Robert Carey,the purchaser thereof,the following lands,to-wit:-situate,lying and being within the corporate limits of the Town of Waveland,in the County of Haicock and State of Mississippi and described as follows-Beglnning at a stake on the west margin og "Front Streat"and running on a course Horth 18 3;& west 1033 feet and 3 inches and from thence on a course South 1147 feet to a post at the western margin of said "Front Street" and from thence along the weatern Margin of said"Front Street",which "Front Street" is 30 feet wideband	on a course Horth 64 % degrees	East to the place	of	|::
