ed to be made a part of this report-expose for sale at public auction to the highest bidder,the said lands ,as first above described in said Report,offering all of said lands in one body or tract,because said lots are virtually one lot cut in two by the Front Street or road,and has until recently been iactone lot;when and where Robert Carey bid for the same the sum of ^450.00,which being the highest and best bid made for said premises,the same was struck off to him and he deolared the purchaser thereof; that said Robert Carey has fully complied with the terms of said decree by paying to said Guardian in cash the amountatf of his said bid; and said Guardian having nov/ fully reported her action in the premises,prays that said sale may be confirmed,&c.

On Jan'y 29,1895,Petition is filed by said Angeline Bourgeois, Guardian of Leon bourgeois,Lunatic,as aforesaid,through her attorneys, praying that the Court order and decree that certain clerical errors in the description dirt the land in both her petition and the lieoree~of ? Sale,and Report of Sale,consisting of the following:	1,1 ~T . '
Instead of said description having 64 ? degrees,it was stated 64-fc- feet;V! Instead of South 68 degrees East 412 feet,it should have been Horth 68 degrees Eas^f ??12 feet;
Instead of saying Northerly,it should be North 112 feet- and saying ?along the Eastern margin of said Street 3'5?5?xreety be corrected and the Secord should show the corrections prayed for.
On Feb?y 2,1895, decree is rendered by the Court ,ordering that the land decreed to be sold at the January term,1894 thereof,by Angeline Bourgeois,Guardian of Leon Bourgeois,a Lunatic,and which was sold under said deoree u& the	2nd. Monday of April,1894 be amended asi
to the description thereof to correspond with the plat of said land and the facts as were originally intended to-wit:said land being in the Town of Waveland County of Hancock State of Mississippi,Beginning at a stake of the Weat margin of Front Street and running on a course North B 3/4 degrees West 1033 feet 3 inches and from thence on a course, NorthfefcS 1147 feet tp a post at the Western margin of said Front Street,and from, thence along the western margin of said front street which front street" is 30 feet wide and on a course North 64 ? degrees East to the place of
beginning.	?*
Also a lot beginning on the eastern margin of said Front Street,running South 18 3/4 degrees East 125 feet to the water?s edge of the ttississ- , ippi Sound thence South 68 degrees West 412 feet and from thence North 112 feet to the eastern margin of said Front Street 355 feet to the place of beginning and containing 93/100 acres-the first lot described containing 4 27/100 acres. Said lots are bounded as follows, the first on the North by land of Leon Bourgeois,on the East by Front Street and on the South ? West by land of George E.Sears-The second lot bounded on the North by land of Leon Bourgeois,on the East by the Mississippi Sound on the South by land of G.E.Sears,and on the West by Front Street;
And that said Guardian execute a deed in accordance with this amended decree on ward being quitclaimedfor land erroneously conveyed a3 herein stated*
