V/illiam Carr nov ed to Spotsylvania county Va. and was the ancestor of the Carrs of Spotsylvania Co. and the Carrs of Kentucky, Missouri and the Carolinas.
Maj. Thomas Carr bl67o d1757 mover' to Caroline Co.Va.
and lived at Topping Castle, loeated on the north "bank of the North Anna river.
Maj. Thomas Carr was the ancester of the Carrs of Louisa Co.,and the Carrs of Albemarle Co.
