Volney came yesterday morning real early so he had coffee and he and I went out to Steve's and stayed till nearly dinner time. We come home had dinner, took a little beauty nap then Volney took us up to the cemetery. The camellia trees were something beautiful. Pink perfection, dark red and white. Then we come back by the old place and my camellia trees were loaded. It looks so pitiful up there. Now today is Wednesday, Feb 1st, just had W.M.U.in case someone who read this doesn't know what these letters stand for, its Women's Missionary Union. So now they've all gone, we've had dinner and Volney is taking us to Slidell to see Willard and Jacqueline. Then he'll go home when we get back.
Back home again and Volney left for Moss Point around 4 o'clock. Willard, Debby & all seemed to be tickled to see us. Willard called Tracy to see if she'd bring the little boys to see us, and she did and little Chad is one year & three months old and that's the first time I had seen him. They are both precious little boys. I had seen Jessy twice before. He's the very image of his daddy. I gave them each a dollar and I had said "car" ''ball" and kept snapping his dollar bill in his hands. That shows how smart he is at his age. He was saying he wanted to go in the car and get a ball. Oh; yes! I forgot to say we went by Darline and Scotty's and had coffee on our way back from the cemetery.
