family members feel this is probably true, only a DNA test will prove Johnnie Zengarling is, in fact, the father.
Eveda married Jimmie Rae Ladner on May 16, 1964 and had three children:
a.	Jennifer Elizabeth Ladner - bom March 6, 1963 and died at birth
b. Byron Joseph Ladner - born January 24, 1967
c. Tammy Rae Ladner - bom May 2, 1972
3.	Thomas Batron Zengarling - bom on January 23, 1899 and died on October 11, 1981. He lived all of his life in Bayou La Croix except the last sixteen years when the government forced him to move his home. He moved it to Ansley, MS where it sits today. His baptismal record at Annunciation Church lists his name as ?Thomas Bertrand Zingarling.? He is buried in the Bayou La Croix Cemetery with a headstone. He was killed near his old home site when his tractor over-turned on him. He never married nor had any children.
4.	Joseph Lott ?Josie? Zengarling - bom on March 10, 1901 in Bayou La Croix and died on January 17, 1988 in Bay St. Louis, MS. He is buried in the Bayou La Croix Cemetery. He lived in Bayou La Croix most of his life until Stennis Space Center was being built, and he had to move. He moved his home to Bay St. Louis where he stayed until his death. He worked for the United States Post Office until he retired. He married Agnes Mary ?Aggie? Bourgeois in Hattiesburg, MS on April 23, 1944. They had two children that were both stillborn and not named. They are buried by their parents without headmarkers.
5.	Randolph Andrew ?Dolph? Zengarling - born on November 26, 1902 in Bayou La Croix and died on June 21, 1990 in Bay St. Louis, MS. He lived in his parents home until 1963 when the government forced him out. He spent his last years living with his sister, Eva Manieri, in Bay St. Louis. He is buried in the Bayou La Croix Cemetery. He was a gentle soul that helped anyone who asked him. He never married nor had any children.
6.	George Matthew Zengarling - bom on December 27, 1906 in Bayou La Croix and died on February 9, 1951 while working on a bulldozer in Devil?s Swamp when a dead tree fell on him. He died the next day and is buried in the Bayou La Croix Cemetery. He served in the Army during WWII. He never married nor had any children.
7.	Robert Michael Zengarling - bom on February 17, 1909 and died on October
11,	1991. He was self-employed and worked in the timber industry and hauled dirt around the county. He is buried in the Bayou La Croix Cemetery. He first married Leota Johnson on January 20. 1937, and she died following childbirth on July 7, 1938. Their child was bom and died on July 6, 1938 and was named Robert, Jr. Robert lived in Bayou La Croix until 1963 when he and the rest of the family were forced to move. Robert remained a bachelor until late in life
